Oak Creek is nestled down a hillside setting bordered by beautiful trees and lush greenery. Admiring the aviary, smelling the herbal garden and appreciating the colors of the raised flowerbeds enhance our residents experience wandering around the secured grounds. The large flat patio has multiple umbrella tables and chairs to relax and absorb the serenity of nature.
Oak Creek was the first “Creek” opened in 1991. It is also the smallest and can accommodate 38 residents.
Activities
Each day brings new opportunities to have meaningful interaction with other residents, trained staff members, family and friends. Residents participate in our varied activity programs that provide them with satisfaction, enjoyment, and a personal sense of worth. Our residents truly “get the most out of each day.”
